Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan for eligible orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after they are placed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders may be delayed if we cannot successfully confirm the customer's contact or delivery information.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the customer's location, courier service and other circumstances.

Typical delivery may take approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Any promotional free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms of that promotion.

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

The customer pays the applicable order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please keep your phone available because we may contact you to confirm your COD order.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

  • City

  • Postal information where applicable

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.

6. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, repeatedly fails to receive orders, or provides incorrect contact information, Style By Prince reserves the right to restrict or refuse future COD orders where appropriate.

7. Tracking

Where courier tracking is available, tracking information may be provided to the customer after dispatch.

8. Delivery Delays

Although we work with delivery partners to deliver orders promptly, courier delays can occasionally occur.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking its status.
